Emailed it to that user, who reported she couldn't see any changes or comments. I verified from the version in my sent email, then checked the version on my hard drive. I'd recommend changing the view to No Markup (on the Review tab), then copying everything EXCEPT the last paragraph mark in the document, and then pasting into a new document.
