WebThis study proposes a comprehensive fragility analysis framework that can effectively incorporate both flow hydraulics and geotechnical uncertainties, in addition to commonly considered components in flood-fragility analysis of bridges. WebThe stochastic bridge responses obtained using HDMR metamodels are further utilized to develop fragility functions for the flood loading. Novelty of the present study is in the application of the HDMR in estimating stochastic bridge responses under flood loading and in developing flood fragility functions using the HDMR metamodel.
