WebThe Cyfarthfa Plan is a visionary and strategic masterplan to develop an all embracing ‘big vision’ for the Cyfarthfa heritage area and beyond. The brief set by Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (MTCBC) and the Design Commission for Wales (DCfW) is to develop a 25-year multi-layered strategic plan.
