WebCSGO is a CPU-demanding game and any load on the CPU will drop your FPS in CSGO. So, stream with NVENC when playing CSGO. In addition to this, use NVENC 99% of the time unless you are on a dual PC setup. NVENC doesn't even affect gameplay as it is a dedicated chip on the GPU, so it doesn't affect the 3D engine.
